The Great Butchery

The Great Butchery was located near today's Place Foch, between rue Moyenne (Urbain IV) and rue de l'Epicerie (Emile Zola). It was here that this large community had its covered market. It was composed of four alleys topped with gables, sheltering seven ranks of stalls for the butchers and their goods.
